Change is inevitable. Seasons change, fashion changes, and order delivery deadlines change. Just about the only thing that doesn’t change is the Cotton Candy commitment to delivering orders on time every time. We don’t miss a deadline.

One of our clients ordered lapel pins. The proof was approved. The delivery was set. The order was produced and en route and then the delivery address changed. No one would even be at the original location and the order had to be delivered that day. The shipment was on the delivery truck of a national courier. The systems at national couriers are not designed to easily facilitate change.

Our solution? Hunt down the truck, rescue the package and deliver it personally to the new address. We managed to get the route map from the courier company and working from the end of the route backwards we started searching for the truck. Success! Close to 90 minutes later we located the truck, convinced the driver to give us the package and delivered the pins with time to spare. Another happy ending delivered by Cotton Candy.
